Pre-Broadcast Intent Persistence
Every payout persists a merchant-scoped idempotency record and an in-transit liability hold before any external RPC or sandbox API call is dispatched.
Fail-Closed Discrepancy Quarantine
If an external rail reports a delivered amount or destination mismatch, ReconciliationEngine quarantines the payout rather than auto-settling.
Out-of-Band Settlement Verification
Final settlement journals are posted only after querying consensus ledger nodes or banking sandbox status endpoints to verify completion.
